I’m Lisa.
As a high-achieving professional who spent more than a decade consulting on Wall Street, grinding it out for international brands, nonprofits, and tech startups (with two master’s degrees)…I know what it’s like to give 150% to everything and everyone else.
But at the end of the day, what was left for me?
Honestly?…Burnout. Exhaustion. Survival mode. A little voice whispering: “There’s got to be more…right?”
I felt like I was drowning. In imposter syndrome. My inner critic. I was living as if my worth was only in what I could do for other people. I was totally neglecting the MVP of my success:
Me.
Then, life threw me a curveball. And my body said: “Nope. We’re not doing this anymore.” Illness and the pandemic became my reset. I finally took the space I wasn’t giving myself. And in that space? I discovered a profound truth:
True success doesn’t come from out there. It comes from in here. From my physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. From pursuing a balanced relationship with myself.
I’d lost touch with my inner voice. I was terrified to face the person I saw in the mirror. But as I began to nurture my relationship with her, I started getting my life back.
I found joy in simple things again. I stopped dreading work. I learned to say “no” to the things that drained me. And I built a business helping incredible women like you to reclaim their purpose and peace.

I love…furry animals!
I have a 3 year old Golden Retriever named Jasper at home. Though I’m a fan of the entire animal kingdom, so I’ve been known to dress Jasper up as a different animal each year, including as a watermelon pig (see below – don’t ask).
My superpower is…my faith in God and people.
I believe the glory of God is a human being fully alive. The thrill of seeing other people come alive is what gets me up in the morning. Whether as a coach, friend, or fellow human–I have a wildness in me that refuses to be anything but true to who I am. It comes from a fundamental belief that there is a light in all of us that shines brighter than we dare imagine or hope–even in the darkness.
I’ve been known to…be an aggressive foodie, health & fitness nut.
Once a month, you’ll find me vlogging at a new local restaurant and connecting with local business owners. Five days a week, you’ll find me lifting and sweating bullets in my at-home gym (and experimenting with new high protein recipes)!
